Ines is a 24 year-old nurse with a passion for writing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Toronto, Ontario, and currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia with her two cats. She brings her personal, professional, and educational experiences together to raise awareness about mental health. She hopes to promote well-being and its various forms as well as diminish the stigma that surrounds mental health matters. In her free time, she can be found baking, reading, playing acoustic guitar, and going for long walks.
