If you are looking for a real-life Amy Santiago, go find Dora, a grade ten student at Western Canada High School who is the queen of all bookworms. Right now, she is probably sitting in her bedroom re-reading Harry Potter while simultaneously listening to the Broadway musical Hamilton’s soundtrack. She loves snowboarding, taekwondo, and history, and is currently trying to learn a giant Mozart sonata on the piano (progress is slow). She constantly tries to plan out her future, and every day, she goes from wanting to be an astronaut to an author to a general surgeon, and can never make up her mind. As a member of Free Your Mind, Dora is looking forward to working on projects with them and spreading awareness about mental health.

Timothy is a grade 11 student attending Sir Winston Churchill High School. He joined Free Your Mind to get more involved in the mental health industry and is motivated about working with and helping other people. The reason why he joined free your mind was to spread awareness of the importance of mental health. The largest issue he sees is the lack of actions that are made for those struggling with mental health. He is also involved in many activities, some of which include debate, speech, model united nations, STEM, and other various business activities. Business is his passion, however, helping others is as well. As a member of Free Your Mind, he wishes to connect these industries and spread awareness about mental health issues. He also wishes to slowly break down society of the social stigma that is damaging many people and stopping them from reaching out for help.
